Thank you for shopping with Jasmine's Card Cafe! Every order is carefully quality checked, securely packaged, and shipped with care. We truly appreciate your support of our small business.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During product launches, conventions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS (when applicable)
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Trading Card Shipping
To ensure your collectibles arrive safely:
Single Cards
Each card is shipped in:
- Penny sleeve
- Top loader or semi-rigid holder
- Team bag
- Protective mailer
Higher Value Cards
Higher value cards may include:
- Additional cardboard protection
- Bubble mailer
- Extra protective packaging
- Insurance when appropriate
Handmade Products
Binder Art, Pocket Cards, Magnets, Stickers, and other handmade merchandise are carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.
Combined Shipping
We gladly combine shipping whenever possible.
If you purchase multiple items in one order, we will package them together whenever it is safe to do so.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Jasmine's Card Cafe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order ships.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- We will gladly assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and filing a claim when applicable.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
Delivered but Missing Packages
Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors.
- Looking around your delivery location.
- Contacting your local post office or carrier.
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally scan packages before final delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging materials
We will review your claim as quickly as possible and work toward a fair resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Sustainability
Whenever possible, we use recyclable packaging materials without compromising the protection of your collectibles.
Every order is packed with the same level of care we would use for our own personal collection.
