Returns & Refund Policy

At Jasmine's Card Cafe, every order is carefully packed with love and quality checked before shipping. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.


Trading Cards

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales of individual trading cards are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Raw singles

  • Sealed booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes

  • Tins

  • Mystery products

  • Live stream purchases

  • Blind bag items

Please review photos and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Condition Policy

Raw trading cards are not guaranteed to receive any specific grading result.

Card condition is evaluated according to our best judgment and may vary slightly from third-party grading company standards.

Minor print lines, centering differences, factory imperfections, or grading outcomes are not considered defects.


Handmade & Custom Products

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Binder Art

  • Pocket Cards

  • Handmade Magnets

  • Stickers

  • Custom Sleeves

  • Personalized Orders

  • Made-to-order products

  • Digital Downloads

These products are created specifically for our customers and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item (when available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (when appropriate)


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they ship.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier, Jasmine's Card Cafe is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or lost packages.

If your package appears lost, we will gladly assist you in opening a carrier claim.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier.


Returns (Non-Collectible Merchandise)

Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
